The following are one-time projects, as well as ongoing expenses Foxfire has. Please consider making a contribution through our donations page, or sending a donation toward one of the following:
Projects and future needs:
- New turn-out paddock for paddock rotation and/or taking in new equine family members, encompassing back portion of farm- estimated $7,000.
A few of our usual expenses that could use a leg up:
- hay for daily consumption by all horses: $500 / month
- horse feed for all horses: $500 / month
- fly spray refills (summer): $150 / month
- farrier care: $100-160 / month per horse, depending on horse: currently two horses at $100 per month each (as of May 2021)
- medical care for aging/special needs horses: $300 per month
- routine medical care for all horses: $300 per year per horse
