Foxfire Eventing is an educational program founded by youth, for youth… AND horses! Through service to horses who need a second chance at life, Foxfire gives youth a chance, as well.
The Foxfire extracurricular program teaches and fosters a growth mindset, responsibility, leadership, peer mentorship, volunteerism, animal welfare, and active lifestyles.
Current teammates range from ages 5-18. Youth build skills and community by learning about, and caring for, 10 horses, engaging in all aspects of running a working horse farm, and teaching other youth through peer mentoring and partnerships.
Mini Camp is a one-day immersive experience, an abbreviated version of our Full Sessions, which are are week-long, daytime experiences.
